Lumina did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom on a short timeline. Tal, our project manager, set my expectations accurately, and kept me completely informed of the day to day work that was occurring in my home. Tal also made helpful suggestions that made my project even better than I imagined. The quality of the work that was done is impeccable. We just completed a whole home renovation using Lumina Builders. Ella and Nico were our project managers and we couldn't have asked for a better team. Gutting your entire home is not for the faint of heart. Gutting it during Covid while your children are distance learning at home might just be plain stupid, but we did it anyways! Ella, Nico, Alberto and his team made our dream come true. During the design process Ella and Nico came up with ideas we never would have thought of. They routinely came up with solutions to the vast problems that come along with remodeling a home built in 1956. Especially a home that is virtually entirely brick. Brick everywhere...inside, outside....everywhere! The brick posed a lot of problems and the team always came up with reasonable, creative solutions. We lived in parts of our home during the renovation. This was not easy on the crew as they had to work around turning off electricity around our children's school Zoom schedules. They never complained and worked with us around our crazy schedules. The crew was very respectful about the fact that a family was living through the construction. They cleaned up at the end of each day and communicated what the work and schedule was going to be for the next day. Whether it be to expect loud noise the next day or the water being shut off or electricity being shut off. Ella helped us design our home during the entire project. She went shopping with me and helped me narrow down not only what would look good in the space but also how to keep the design flow throughout the entire home. When I purchased items online I routinely sent her links to the items to get her opinion. This part of the design process was invaluable. Our home wouldn't look as nice as it does if Ella hadn't steered me in the right direction for fixtures, hardware and colors. Nico, the ever calming influence of the group:) Nico always came to the rescue. When we ran into trouble with unforeseen problems with gutting an old house, he was always there to provide insight and solutions. One time after a huge headache occurred attributed to the age of our home, I heard Nico say..."It's OK. There's always a solution to every problem." Not only does he say that, he does it. He always found a solution to every problem. Ella and Nico...they were a part of our family for a year working on this project. Our kids, our animals, our neighbors...everyone got to know them and love them. They are those kinds of special people! Alberto and his team were so knowledgeable about the work being done. Alberto was a perfectionist in the work he completed and wouldn't finish the project, whether it be tile, flooring, fixtures, without it being up to his standards. Alberto was always available to help. He even came over last minute on a Sunday to help with a water leak that was occurring in an area of the house that he hadn't even started working on. That's the type of commitment he gave to our family and this project. We literally can't say enough great things about Ella, Nico, Alberto and the entire Lumina Team. We had a great experience from start to finish. As I said in the beginning, a whole home renovation is no joke. It's stressful, it's expensive, it's noisy, it's dusty...it completely takes over your life. However, if you have the right team to help you through it every step of the way and calm you down and do it the RIGHT way, you will get through it and have the home of your dreams. Lumina is the right company to go with. You will absolutely not regret contracting Lumina. And ask for Ella and Nico while you're at it! Thank you Lumina! Our home is beautiful and we survived the whole home renovation because of your team.

This was an amazing experience. I had the pleasure of working with Alon. Alon was extremely receptive and easy to work with everything came out just as I envisioned except much more stunning. Everything was done as promised. I enjoyed every aspect of this project. I'm thankful to lumina for creating such a wonderful experience for me and the most beautiful kitchen and new floors too.

We did a fairly major renovation after a pipe burst, and really enjoyed working with Joey from Lumina Builders..........great guy who really cares about his clients, and that they get the best bang for the buck with their home improvement budget. He had great ideas on how to make our concepts into reality, and finished the job on time and on budget. We're very happy with the results, and glad that Joey led the project.

It's always such a challenge to find a good contractor, much less one that provides both quality work and great customer service, and that's exactly what we got with Lumina. We had a couple different jobs we needed to get done, including a unique one where we needed to remove an extra shower in our guest bathroom in order to add space to a neighboring room, and also redoing a flat roof that was improperly sloped. Lumina was able to take on both projects, starting them around a week after we signed, running them in parallel with different teams, and finishing everything weeks ahead of schedule. Every member of their crew who came in were experienced at their specialty, and as a result, completed their portions on time with great results. Every one of them was professional and very respectful. Most importantly, our project manager, Ben, was incredible to work with. He was extremely responsive and addressed our texts and calls at any time, even weeknights and weekends. We felt supported every step of the way and he gave us confidence as he walked us through any issue we felt uncertain about. He was willing to go above and beyond when addressing unexpected issues - complete opposite of most other contractors who tend to cut corners. Overall, we were extremely impressed by Lumina and will definitely work with them in the future on any projects we need to get done.

Ron G and Lumina Builders go above and beyond. This was my first home remodeling, and I was extremely hesitant and particular about which contractor to use. After hearing so many horror stories, I knew that an honest, thorough, competent contractor was my highest priority. Ron G met all my expectations and more. He was incredibly helpful, timely, and communicative. He helped us stay within our budget and build a beautiful bathroom, closets, and outdoor space that our family will enjoy for years to come. Can't put I words the amazing experience my wife and I had with Lumina Builders!! David was so professional. We have done a complete remodel of our kitchen , two bathrooms and new tile. He gave us a great deal and the whole process was quick , Clean and pleasant ! My wife is so satisfied ( the most important thing) and were are very happy we found this company . My wife and I decided to select Lumina builders to gut and renovate our kitchen. Having gone through the renovation of other areas of my home, we know what a process that can be. Having no kitchen would be upsetting; I love to cook and for me the kitchen is truly the heart of the home. Ron and the whole team made the whole process less stressful.
